Steel Day Tanks

• Carbon steel, 304 SS, or 316 SS vessels.
  

• Linings of 2 mm (.080") thick PTFE fluoropolymer, 3 mm (.120") thick PTFE fluoropolymer, or 2.3 mm (.090") thick PFA fluoropolymer for contamination-free storage.
  

• Design pressures from 5 psig to100 psig (ASME code-stamped > 15 psig).
  

• Flaretek™ fittings and 150# flanged nozzle connections are standard.
  

• Standard designs from 400 liters (106 gallons) to 20,000 liters (5300 gallons).
  

• Custom designs to 75,000 liters (20,000 gallons) are available.
  

• Options include:
  

• Level Gage / Sight Tube

• External Piping & Valves

• Internal PTFE Spray Nozzles

• Secondary Containment Connection

• Exceptional external corrosion resistance and a lighter tare weight than steel tanks.
  

• Linings of 2 mm (.080") thick PTFE fluoropolymer, 3 mm (.120") thick PTFE fluoropolymer, or 2.3 mm (.090") thick PFA fluoropolymer for the ultimate in contamination-free storage.
  

• Flaretek™ tube fittings standard on all tanks.
  

• Standard sizes from 400 liters (106 gallons) to 5000 liters (1321 gallons).
  

• Custom sizes and connections are also available.
  

• Options include:
  

• Level Gage / Sight Tube

• External Piping & Valves
